Give booking sites a link to your booked nights.

A booking you took by phone or typed in yourself shows up on the booking site as a taken night — so it is never sold twice. Each room gets one link. You set it up once; after that InnGrid keeps it up to date after every change on your board.

Before you start

  • InnGrid Premium — the yearly plan comes with a 14-day free trial.
  • An iPhone signed in to iCloud, with Calendars turned on. The link runs from your own iCloud, not from servers of ours.
  • The iPhone you use every day — it is the one that keeps the link up to date. Your other devices show: “Link ready · updated by another device”.
  • Access to the booking site's host dashboard (for example the Booking.com extranet) — that is where you paste the link.

1Create the room's calendar

In InnGrid, go to Settings → Calendar sync. At the bottom, in the section “From InnGrid to booking sites”, tap “Share” next to the room.

The first screen says what will happen: InnGrid will add a calendar called “InnGrid · Room 2” to your Calendar, with only the word “Reserved” on booked nights. No guest names, phone numbers or prices. Tap “Create calendar”. Your iPhone will ask for calendar access next — choose “Allow Full Access”.

The same screen has a switch, “Also block day stays”. Booking sites only see booked NIGHTS, so a day stay will block that day's night. Turn this on if you wouldn't take an overnight guest then anyway.

2Turn on “Public Calendar” in the Calendar app

iPhone doesn't let apps do this one step for you, so you do it yourself, in the Calendar app. The wizard shows it in five pictures — the same ones as below. After the last one, tap “Open Calendar” and do the same in Calendar.

Optional: untick “InnGrid · Room 2” in the list so these entries don't show in your own calendar.

When you come back to InnGrid with the link copied, the wizard moves on to step 3 by itself.

3Paste the copied link

Tap “Paste”. A link starting with https:// appears. Tap “Copy link for booking sites” — that is the link you paste into the booking site. Later you can copy it with one tap on the icon next to the room, in the section “From InnGrid to booking sites”.

4Paste the link into the booking site

Every booking site has its own place for importing a calendar. Below are the paths from each site's official help (as of 28 September 2026) — if a site redesigns its dashboard, the names may differ slightly. Repeat this for every room and every booking site.

Booking.com

  1. Sign in to the extranet.
  2. Click “Rates & Availability”, then “Sync calendars”.
  3. Next to the room, click “Add calendar connection” and paste the link.
  4. Name the connection (for example “InnGrid”), click “Next step”, then “Done”.

Airbnb

  1. Click “Calendar” and pick the listing.
  2. Click “Availability”.
  3. Under “Connect calendars”, click “Connect to another website”.
  4. Paste the link into the calendar address field, name it and click “Add calendar”.

Holidu

  1. Sign in to your Holidu Host account.

  3. Click “Configure” and pick the channel (or “Other”).
  4. Paste the link, name the calendar and click “Save”.

Another booking site? Look for the place that says “Import calendar”, “Sync calendars” or “iCal”.

What the booking site sees

Only which nights are taken — each one with just the word “Reserved”. No guest names, phone numbers or prices. The link holds every booked night of the room, including the ones that came into InnGrid from another booking site — so Airbnb sees your Booking.com bookings and the other way round. The booking site checks the link on its own schedule, usually every few hours, so a new booking does not show there instantly.

If you also import from Booking.com

If you also bring Booking.com bookings into InnGrid: in Booking.com's calendar export, choose booked dates only — then the nights this link blocks don't come back as extra entries.

How to stop

In the section “From InnGrid to booking sites”, tap the room. You'll find two options there:

When Premium ends, the room shows: “Premium has ended, so this calendar is no longer updated. Booking sites keep blocking the nights it showed last — remove the link there too if you stop using it.”
