If you run two apartments and mostly need to see who sleeps where, that is a lot of machinery to rent every month. What InnGrid deliberately does not do
InnGrid imports calendars from Booking.com, Airbnb, Google Calendar or any iCal address — one way. It does not send your availability back, so it cannot stop a portal from selling a night you just filled by phone. There is no booking website, no guest messaging, no invoicing, no CRM, no API, no Android app and no web app. If keeping several portals in sync is the job, Smoobu (or Beds24) is the right tool and InnGrid is not.
What you get for free
The occupancy board (rooms × nights, week/two-week/month zoom), double-booking protection that refuses an overlapping confirmed stay, multi-room bookings and same-day day stays, meals per booking with a daily kitchen count, a guest directory with search, monthly and yearly stats, a daily housekeeping list you can share with your cleaner as plain text, arrival and payment reminders, a Today home-screen widget, backup and CSV export, .ics export, and 11 languages. Premium adds the iCal import, private iCloud sync across your devices, multiple buildings on one board, and calendar sharing.
Questions people actually ask
Does InnGrid replace a channel manager?
No, and that is the honest dividing line. Smoobu keeps your availability in step with Booking.com and Airbnb in both directions. InnGrid only imports: your OTA bookings appear on your board so you can see the whole month in one place, but nothing is written back to the portals. If you are overbooking because portals do not know each other, you need a channel manager, not InnGrid.
Does InnGrid take a commission on bookings?
No. There is no booking fee and no percentage of anything — InnGrid never sees your money. The calendar is free forever; Premium is a flat optional subscription or a one-time purchase.
What does it cost to give my cleaner access?
Nothing extra. Calendar sharing is part of Premium, and the person you share with — a co-host, a partner, a cleaner — installs the free app and pays nothing. You choose per person whether they can view or also edit.
Can I try InnGrid without committing?
